Nancy made my divorce, which was uncontested and amicable, into a difficult and expensive ordeal. I finally took over and ORDERED her to do what I asked and she still would not. Nancy helped me win my lengthy child custody trial against my sneaky and deceptive ex-wife. The legal system is notoriously biased against Father's of young children; however Nancy circumvented this bias and the numerous false allegations levied against me by picking apart opposing counsels case and... clearly laying out the evidence so justice could prevail. The trial was nothing short of a landslide. I (deservedly) won everything I was looking for, including primary residential custody of my grade school aged children. Calm, cool, collected, and fair are the words I would use to describe Nancy. Just don't get on her bad side. :)

Nancy Hawkins has been my lawyer for two decades. Recently, I contacted her using AVVO to request electronic (Microsoft WORD) copies of my will and other supporting documents, for review and updating (if necessary). I received no response . . . so telephoned and spoke with her, making the same requ...est. Approximately one month later, I have yet to receive anything. Needless to say, I'm disappointed.
