I cannot recommend Matthew Webbeking, and the entire Lawgena team, enough. I hired Matthew for temporary custody and temporary support. From beginning to end, Matthew was extremely efficient and professional. Considering this was my first experience with the court system, I was terrified, to say th...e least. I was terrified to put the fate of my child into the hands of unknown people, and a system that I didn't always believe in. Matthew was incredibly informative, prompt with responding, always willing to answer my questions (and I had LOTS), and made sure I was completely prepared for my case. Matthew made sure my goals were realistic, gave me a very clear idea of what to expect, and stood by my side the entire time. Not only did Matthew fight for me to get what I wanted, he fought for me to get more. He got me what I deserved. As a mother, the well being of my child is not something I take lightly. In fact, allowing someone else to take the reigns and fight for my child, the way I would fight, is not something I thought I would ever do. But I put all my faith in Matthew, and I have never regretted it. I cannot thank Matthew, Maria, and the entire Lawgena staff enough!!

My experience with Lawgena has been great. Matthew took on my divorce case when I had to hire a new attorney at the last minute. He was able to get the courts to let me stay in the family home and spousal support for maintaining my house until we went to mediation. Being a retired disabled women an...d having to face the future of losing my home and things I worked for as much as my former spouse I felt I was entitled to a settlement that was fair. Matthew and I had gone into mediation and I can only say thank you because I walked out of mediation with exactly what I was entitled to and more thanks to Matthew knowledge of the law. I want to thank also Maria Rodriquez who is Matthews assistant who also has been so helpful and always right there when I needed questions answered.
