Matthew Swain Webbeking

I highly recommend hiring Matthew Webbeking + the Lawgena firm. This is the second time I have had to hire Matthew. I feel confident in his guidance, advise, and expertise. Let me start by saying I have never wanted to be in family court. My daughter's father has taken me to court for child support... (2x), and custody. He failed. Not only is my ex bitter and antagonistic, he is also extremely reckless. He falsified documents to hide his money, and lied in court. With the help of Matthew, we were able to show the court these discrepancies and have the case cancelled. Although difficult, I wanted to be sensitive to his mental health struggles, and try to retain some sort of copacetic relationship, for the sake of our daughter. Matthew has always understood this and advises me as such. I have always felt very informed on my options and choices, and have never felt pressured. Matthew, as well as Sara, have been great communicators. Matthew takes the time to explain to me all possible outcomes and scenarios, and Sara is very prompt with her replies. Every time a motion has been brought against me, I have won. I credit a lot of this to Matthew.

Matthew and Sara are amazing!! By far the best team I have ever seen. After speaking with Matthew back in May 2017, I told him what I am looking for (child visitation and partial custody) and that I live in CA and my child lives in WA. He informed me that he has done several cases like mine before an...d said that my requests were reasonable and that the case should be pretty easy and straightforward. Oh my how we were wrong haha. My ex decided to fight us hard. But Matthew kept his word and fought (and continuing to fight) hard for my case. Everything that he said he would do, he has done. His assistant Sara has been amazing in keeping me updated with emails and phone calls. His rates are VERY reasonable and he is completely honest! I am very happy with Matthew and Sara. Matthew did a great job helping me through a very difficult divorce. His advice is worth every penny and much more. Will keep you out of jail which can ruin you.
