My municipal practice is a general municipal law practice. I have served as a city attorney during several years of my legal career and in that capacity have experience in a wide array of municipal law matters. I do not handle municipal bond matters.

My land use practice covers most aspects of land use and zoning law including but not limited to detailed analysis and advocacy regarding transportation impacts of land use projects, impact fees, compliance with GMA and SEPA, subdivisions, etc.

My real estate practice primarily involves disputes over land value (often, but not always, in the context of a condemnation action) and disputes over easements and similar quiet title disputes.
