We collaborated back and forth until we felt we had an iron clad submittal. As their fee's were fixed, I felt no pressure communicating back and forth until we had addressed all angles. I feel it is important to understand that when selecting a firm to represent you, that it should be done with a long term relationship in mind as these folks will be assisting in the future by tweaking and protecting your ideas. We recently used Alloy Patent Law for filing a design patent and could not be more pleased with the whole experience. Walker was very knowledgabe and took the time to explain the different types of patents and what each application process entailed. He was also very upfront about the costs to file as... well as an expected timeline. He ended up beating his quoted filing time by a substantial margin. I'm very glad we chose to use Alloy Patent Law. The whole process was very easy and I can't recommend Walker enough. He did an excellent job!

I wish Walker Weitzel at Alloy was around when I first applied for a patent. He is very knowledgeable and charges less than others in the larger law firms.
