Biography
Eric has practiced law in Washington for over 20 years. He has considerable experience in trust and estate planning, administration, litigation and mediation; as well as business and tax planning, including formation and governance of profit and not-for-profit enterprises, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and business succession. He also handles real estate purchase and sale and leasing transactions.
Before founding The Stoll Group, Eric was a tax and business attorney with the law firms of Perkins Coie and Dorsey & Whitney in Seattle. Prior to law school, Eric was a therapist and counselor working with children and families for various not-for-profit organizations.
