Sara was great. My case was not too complicated, but she still made the whole process much easier and less stressful than anticipated. She explained everything, addressed my concerns, and answered all my questions. She processed all the paperwork in a timely manner. It was definitely easier to get a ...hold of her by email than by phone which I didn't mind. She was always quick to respond, and I never really had anything that needed immediate attention. Overall, feeling relieved.
