If you hire an attorney to represent you in the matter the intake hearing may be waived.

You cannot vacate (or expunge) a criminal conviction for rape, Alford plea or no Alford plea.
I got a DUI at .081 BAC. Can I address a margin of error during motions?

You can bring a challenge on that basis as a pre-trial motion seeking to suppress the BAC result and you may also raise the issue on trial.
