Biography
At Miller Law, we are committed to making a difference in the areas of family law, especially where allegations of domestic violence or protection orders impact parenting plans, and criminal law.
I have tried over 150 class A and B felony cases. I have mediated and tried countless family law issues. I am in court weekly. I know the commissioners and judges in King, Snohomish and Pierce County. Having seen how hard divorce is on children first hand I was inspired to be a catalyst for change in this area, making sure the needs of children are focused on. Without a thoughtful plan in place, children can be emotionally scarred by the divorce process.
As prosecutor of over a decade, I know how the legal system and trials work. I teach trial advocacy part time at University of Washington law school. I know how to fight in the court room. There is <nothing> I love more than trial. I have a proven track record of results. That being said, my goal is always to avoid conflict and court when possible. But, if necessary, I'm willing and able to have a hard battle in court.

Caring attorney with great results!
