Biography
Ty Harper manages Edifecs’ legal department in addition to overseeing the company’s corporate compliance program. As general counsel, Ty is responsible for all legal aspects of Edifecs' business, including contracting and licensing, intellectual property, HIPAA compliance and litigation.
Prior to joining Edifecs, Ty was a partner at the law firm DLA Piper LLP (US). Ty served as counsel on behalf of clients in healthcare, securities, employment, intellectual property, antitrust, and contract and licensing matters.
Ty is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Harvard Law School. He has been named a "Rising Star" by Washington Law & Politics magazine.
