I am a Seattle area native, raised in a politically active family. Since joining HCMP in 1981, my practice has focused on land use and environmental law, with an emphasis on land development, zoning and permitting. Our state's permit system can be a complex maze for many clients, and I enjoy applying my unique experience to meet our clients' needs.
