Stephanie Gero Dahlstrom

Stephanie was raised in Washington state. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, graduating Summa Cum Laude, Certificate of Business Essentials and Juris Doctor, graduating with honors, from the University of Washington.  Stephanie is an associate attorney in the downtown Seattle law firm Montgomery Purdue PLLC and enjoys assisting and connecting with business-minded clients across a wide range of industries. Stephanie's practice focuses on advising clients on transactional business and real estate law, including commercial leasing; boundary, title and real estate rights analysis; title insurance; buying and selling property; general contract drafting and negotiation; regulatory compliance; entity formation and structuring; business planning; and governance advice. Additionally, Stephanie advises clients on a wide range of environmental matters and preparing, negotiating and analyzing related agreements.
