Paul Jay Walchenbach

Paul is the worst lawyer I have ever had the misfortune of working with. He gives the absolute least amount of effort he can get away with. Has little or no regard for his clients wishes and arrives in court empty handed and unprepared. His participation in court is equally as valueless, as he just s...eems to 'let the chips fall where they may'.

Paul was recommended to me by my former lawyer. I searched for a lawyer to represent me but nobody wanted to handle such a contentious case. Paul agreed to take my case and continued to represent me as the battle got uglier and uglier. Paul was very professional and responsive to my ever growing c...oncerns and demands. At times, I was ready to give up. Paul gave me the strength to be strong and fight back. Paul's words were calming and reassuring. If it weren't for Paul, I would have given up and settled for far less than what I was awarded. I could not have done it without him. In the end, we got more than I ever expected. Thank you Paul (and Linda). I am glad I found someone who stood up to my ex while at the same time remaining professional and not taking the bait. I am forever indebted to you!!

Mr. Walchenbach was highly recommended and the best choice I could have made to help fight for my four children in a nasty custody battle. I had previously retained another attorney -whom I quickly fired upon one free consultation w/ Mr. Walchenbach. I knew he had what it took to take on and fight m...y X husband and his heavyweight team of attorneys. His confidence and experience make him a natural in the courtroom. Do I little research and look for yourself, his track record is excellent. As for my personal experiences, all I can say is he won at every hearing and at trial. I have always felt confident going into court w/ Mr. Walchenbach representing me. I have several friends whom have hired Mr. Walchenbach to help them w/ legal matters, all have had positive experiences. If I ever need any legal advice, Mr. Walchenbach will be without question be the one I turn to...... and I know he will be there to support me. I could not ask for more in a lawyer.
