Nancy Smith Waldman

Ms. Waldman represented me as a public defender with ACA. She did not seem to know the law as well as the private attorneys I have spoken with regarding my case, but she seemed like she would care about me and my case when we first met, so I let her represent me. She did not respond to my phone cal...ls or voice mail messages left for her timely, and resulted in a terrible result for me. I ended up having to hire a private attorney to fix the mistake that her untimely responses and legal movement created in my case. I hope she will work harder in other people's cases in the future and they will have better experiences than me. I believe in second chances, as I received a second chance in this particular case via my next attorney. If other clients with better experiences post that she had treated their cases with the care they deserve, I will take off my negative review of her.
