Michael practices in the areas of personal injury - including car accidents, traumatic brain injury cases, slip and falls, bicycle accidents and pedestrian accidents among others. He has represnted clients through trial, mediation, and arbitration; and recently convinced the Washington Court of Appeals to uphold a $5 million judgment in his client's favor (including recovery of all attorneys fees and costs).
In addition, Michael practices employment law - representing people who have been wrongfully terminated or discriminated against.
He is involved in several political activities, having served as campaign coordinator in multiple statewide campaigns, and raised over a million dollars in direct mail fundraising for a Washington state gubernatorial campaign.

Michael helped me when I needed it the most.
I was injured and stuck with (in my eyes) a huge hospital bill. While other lawyers found my case to be too small for them Michael went to bat for me and got my bills taken care of. He kept me in the loop and was very easy to work with. I would recommened him to anyone needing a lawyer.
