Biography
My practice is concentrated on corporate and securities law. Since 1984, I have represented corporate clients and individuals in a variety of business transactions, including public and private financings, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, both domestically and internationally.
I currently serve as outside general counsel to select businesses in several different industries. I also work with companies, founders and investors on specific projects such as startup structuring, debt and equity financings, and sales of businesses.
