Max James Pangborn

My experience with Max Pangborn, the EEOC ADR contact at BPA, has been disappointing. As someone who holds a position meant to uphold civil rights and facilitate fair resolutions, I expected professionalism, responsiveness, and impartiality. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Despite multiple atte...mpts to communicate via email, responses were either significantly delayed or entirely absent. This lack of communication made an already difficult process more stressful and confusing. In my experience, he has treated minority individuals with a lack of respect and fairness. This is especially troubling given his role as a civil rights attorney. I expected a higher standard of professionalism and accountability.
