I serve as outside general counsel for a variety of private companies, including McKinstry Co., LLC; McKinstry Essention, Inc.,; Washington Research Foundation; Parametrix, Inc.; Rally Marketing Group, Inc.; Allied Trade Group, Inc.; and Nyhus Communications, LLC.

I have worked on over 50 M&A transactions, from very small asset purchases to large acquisitions by public companies.

I have worked on over 45 financing transactions. Most of my work has been on the company side, although I have done some work for venture funds.

I have private foundation and public charity clients for which I do regular work as outside counsel. I also assist several smaller public charities on a pro bono basis.
