David Saved the Day!

David took my personal injury case after several other lawyers had determined it was too difficult to fight a big insurance company and the case was too complex. He managed to get a very reasonable settlement. Without his help I would likely have received nothing. I highly recommend David Vogel. He's... not afraid to tackle difficult cases.

Decent attorney who cared about my case

David represented me in a civil matter - personal injury case - and he applied himself 100% to obtaining a settlement that was in my best interests. He takes a personal role in his cases but that gets in the way sometimes. Since he takes your call himself, sometimes you can be in the middle of a co...nversation and he gets disrupted. This is a minor issue however. If he feels that your case is worth pursuing he definitely gives all he has. Nicole, his Paralegal, is awesome and always follows through.
