A Thorough and Honest Lawyer

Brian prepared a legal audit of our business and several agreements for us to use as we partner with and hire other companies. He was part of a three-person team, two third-year law students and a second year MBA student who helped us with various aspects of our business. For every document tha...t he prepared, he always took extra time to ensure that I understood what the document as a whole did for us and what each section meant. This was a great boon in helping me to understand the contracts that I sign and increased my confidence to make deals.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"I endorse this lawyer. I worked with Brian at the Ronald A. Peterson Law Clinic as a law student. Brian co-wrote a report on international human rights violations at the Northwest Immigration Detention Center. I have no doubt that Brian is as strong a defender of human rights as he is a competent business lawyer. It is rare to find a business attorney with a significant human rights background. I believe this makes him a better attorney."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
