Snide and rude
Amy did not do her homework on the case. She made snide comments about the opposing lawyer but the opposing lawyer won the case. Amy did not ask good questions during depositions and it showed at trial. If you want to be an effective defense lawyer you can just act mean, you have to focus on content....
