Katrina B. Durkin

Since 2014, Katrina B. Durkin has been with Brothers Henderson Durkin, P.S., where she became a shareholder in 2021. She holds a degree from the University of Washington and earned her law degree from Seattle University. Her legal practice includes guardianships, conservatorships, trust and estate planning, administration, litigation, and settlement planning. She frequently represents individuals, families, and professionals in disability and elder law matters, and also serves in various court-appointed roles such as guardian ad litem and appointed counsel.
Katrina is a member of multiple professional associations, including the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Washington Association for Justice, and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. She volunteers her time with the KCBA’s Neighborhood Elder Law Clinic and is involved with the Guardianship and Elder Law Section board. Outside of her legal work, Katrina spends time with her husband and two sons, enjoying skiing in the winter and boating in the San Juan Islands during the summer.
