I live in Idaho and sought out a "Phenomenal" out of state WA attorney, J. P. Gustad of Gustad Law Group out of Seattle/Tacoma WA after SS denied my initial SSDI claim and Reconsideration. Claim had challenges, which ends so many cases unjustly. Just got the news that after; phone hearing today, it w...as approved. Mr. Gustad is a "Rock Star," in this arena as well as VA and civil law. His staff are also highly talented (especially Corey) and more than that, his skill in the hearing today and "cross examinations" of myself, a doctor and a voc rehab specialist, was absolutely amazing. This got me the disability benefits denied me twice. My family and I thank him and want others to know he's the only WA lawyer that is BVA Certified with the Board of Veterans Appeals that was listed and you can be confident he's passionate about his craft and this is why you will not have; a better choice, than Gustad Law! I helped my brother apply for Social Security disability and it was denied. I appealed and that was denied also. At that point, we contacted the Gustad law firm. They accepted my brother's case immediately. There was a lot of waiting time to actually get to the ALJ level. I don't know exactly w...hat Gustad did behind the scenes as far as gathering current medical information but the representative who showed up at the ALJ hearing was well informed and effective and he knew which facts to stress to the ALJ. The outcome was a retroactive SS disability award.
