Irma Ozegovic

Irma Ozegovic is an experienced litigation attorney who is also professionally trained in collaborative law. As Managing Attorney, she brings dedication, empathy, and strong advocacy to every case. Inspired by watching family members and friends navigate difficult divorces, Irma is committed to helping families feel supported, informed, and confidently represented during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Irma approaches each client relationship with trust, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy. She takes the time to understand what matters most to her clients, recognizing that family law matters often involve children, financial stability, and a person’s future. Her goal is to provide both compassionate support and strong guidance so clients can navigate difficult transitions with clarity and confidence.

Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Irma moved to Washington in 1995. She earned her degrees from the University of Washington and Ave Maria School of Law. Throughout her career, she has dedicated significant time to pro bono service, volunteering with the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program, Tacoma Pro Bono Community Lawyers, and King County Bar Association Pro Bono Services.

Outside of her legal work, Irma enjoys reading 20–30 books a month, skiing, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with her family. She is the proud mother of two energetic sons who keep life lively, and she is passionate about rescuing animals and helping them find loving foster homes.
