Stephanie is an attorney providing environmental, real estate, and land use services to public and private clients. She advises clients in complex environmental litigation, permitting, and compliance matters arising under federal and state environmental laws, including the Clean Water Act (CWA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA).
Prior to entering the practice of law, Stephanie worked as a licensed geologist for an environmental consulting firm where she provided project management and environmental consulting services to a variety of public and private sector clients. Stephanie applies her technical and scientific knowledge to assist clients in a wide range of environmental and natural resource matters. She has significant experience, both legal and technical, at sites with impacted sediments, soils, surface water, and groundwater.
