Jul 28, 2025OUTCOME: My client won on appeal
Won reversal of parenting plan because the trial court failed to consider the necessary factors (RCW 26.09.187(3)) when creating the parenting plan. Convinced Court of Appeals to reverse trial court’s ... distribution of a home in Cambodia to client because the home was wholly owned by a third party in Cambodia; property allocation adjusted in client’s favor. Persuaded appellate court to throw out trial court’s unfavorable post-trial “supplemental findings” because trial court abused its discretion by substantially changing its decision after the final orders had been entered. Attorney fees awarded to client.
