Sarah Moen

Sarah Moen was my attorney for an epic estate case for my father who (with the documentation missing) died intestate. It was a very challenging case that lasted nearly 3 years, in uncovering massive amounts of my fathers assets, that had been squandered and absconded by another party. Sarah was... not only a listening ear who understood the grief and anguish of an adult child facing the loss of a parent. Also acted as an advocate in using her legal expertise to apply the best methods for a very complicated legal matter that had many twists and turns throughout nearly 3 years. As a client I truly appreciate her knowledge of probate law, prompt responses, compassion and treating people as people. Being quick to grasp ever changing circumstances, and a real life down to earth nature to understand and acknowledge the complexities of human nature (even nefarious) and applying that knowledge to advocate and gain footing in legal matters in cases such as probate law.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
