"Norm is a "lawyer's lawyer!" Before my departure from the China arena, I was privy to Norm's macro, strategic visioning. It was Norm that had the foresight to bring then retiring Washington Governor Locke to DWT as co-chair of their China team. Now, while this may be nothing more than a footnote here, it is of huge significance to the Chinese. As a result, DWT ought to have considerable pull in a society in which business embraces big government instead of pushing back against it."
