Nadia Anisa Bugaighis

Nadia counsels clients on a wide variety of business and real estate transactional matters, including transactions for closely held businesses, real estate financing, commercial leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and corporate governance matters.

Nadia is also an experienced insurance coverage litigation attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Nadia practiced insurance coverage and commercial litigation at a large international law firm. There, Nadia represented insurers in complex coverage disputes arising out of commercial general liability policies, employment practices liability policies, cyber liability policies, errors and omissions liability policies, and directors and officers liability policies. Nadia routinely handled declaratory judgment and bad faith actions involving interpretation of the aforementioned policies and claims handling in state and federal courts. Nadia also regularly provided counsel to insurers regarding the availability of coverage for various types of claims, including environmental pollution disputes, construction defects, long-tail allocation issues, school district liability, late notice, additional insured issues, discrimination, cyber-attacks, and IP infringement.
