Michael K. Vaska

Mike Vaska’s practice focuses on antitrust, health care and business litigation. He has been active in the community on statewide, regional and local efforts addressing transportation issues.

Mike’s antitrust practice includes representation of clients in a wide range of industries, from health care, building products, and high tech, to sports franchises and local governments such as:

Mike’s Health Care practice includes serving as regulatory counsel on major hospital acquisitions and counseling and litigation on certificate of need issues.

Mike has served on the Board of the Consumer Protection and Antitrust Section of the Washington State Bar Association; co-chaired its annual conference; and presented or served on panels at other Section Meetings and CLE’s; was a frequent presenter on antitrust issues at CEO or senior management conferences; and co-chaired and gave a leadoff presentation at the national conference of Multiple Listing Services on issues raised by the investigations of the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission.
