My clients are the owners, officers, and/or directors of privately held companies who need creative and aggressive representation for disputes arising out of breach of fiduciary duty, breach of loyalty, minority oppression, conversion, accounting, wage claims, unjust enrichment, and the business "divorce" often attendant thereto.

AMAZING
Mario Is not only easy to speak with he is VERY detailed! He really put my mind at ease and goes though every aspect possible. He lists his direct number as well even though he comes from a decent sized firm! He is point on!
