Howard R Bartlett

Mr. Bartlett's treatment of me was disappointing. He spent the majority of the time with the opposing party and after he ran out of time he rudely threw the draft of the agreement on the table in front of me, left the room irritated. I do not feel Mr. Bartlett performed an propriately balanced med...iation. Also Mr. Bartlett's assistant conveyed to me that "Mr. Bartlett cannot consider any material that is not submitted to the other party" however he did read, comunicated and considered the opposing party's email, I never received a copy of the email. When I submitted the papers for Mr. Bartlett I received a note from his assistant reminding me the policy but when the opposing party sends an email, Mr. Bartlett not only receives it but states he will us charge for it.
