Biography
Erica joined Oslund Udo Little—formerly known as Bergman Oslund Udo Little—in 2018. She has been involved in preparing several cases for trial against multi-national corporations, including a case that settled for $3 million dollars after opening statements. She has been an integral part of teams that have resulted in more than $10 million dollars in settlements for mesothelioma victims. Erica enjoys working closely with clients and their families to help them tell the story of how mesothelioma has impacted their lives.
Before joining the firm, Erica clerked in the Washington State Court of Appeals for the Honorable J. Robert Leach. She graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, where she received recognition for her legal writing and served as a Lead Article Editor for the Seattle University Law Review. During law school, Erica also interned for the Honorable Thomas S. Zilly in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
