Biography
Mr. Hineline is a Partner in Dorsey's Trial, Regulatory and Technology practice group. He is also Co-Chair of the Securities & Financial Institutions Litigation practice group. Before 1999, he was a Member with the Seattle law firm of Bogle & Gates P.L.L.C. Mr. Hineline's practice focuses on securities and complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Hineline's securities experience has been extensive. He has been actively involved in defending both domestic and foreign clients in large class action securities lawsuits involving, among other things, public offerings of stocks and bonds. Clients represented in this context include the issuers, their officers and directors, underwriters, and bond trustees. Mr. Hineline's experience also includes representing numerous broker/dealers in court and arbitration actions throughout the country, as well as representing parties in Securities & Exchange Commission and NASD investigations.
