Casey Lee Jorgensen

I am a Member in Williams Kastner’s Seattle office. My business and transactional practice concentrates on all types of commercial real estate transactions, commercial finance and lending, corporate transactions and business formation, protection and registration of trademarks, as well as sports law. In addition to my career as an attorney, I also officiated amateur and professional ice hockey for several years in the Western Hockey league and West Coast Hockey League. I was named to Rising Stars for 2005 by Washington Law & Politics magazine.

My experience includes:

Real Estate: All aspects of commercial real estate, including the representation of both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of property, representation of both landlords and tenants in leasing of commercial property, and the development of residential communities and condominiums, including the preparation of condominium declarations and public offering statements.

Commercial Finance and Lending: Representation of banks as well as borrowers on large and small secured commercial and business loans.

Business Transactions: Stock sales and purchases of corporations and asset sales and purchases of corporations and other companies, commercial transactions and contract drafting of agreements between companies, and business formation.

Trademarks: Advice on selection of trademarks, review of searches, registration of trademarks and prosecution of federal trademark applications, monitoring and protection of trademarks, trademark licensing, and trademark disputes regarding potential infringement.

Sports Law: Representation of amateur sports organizations and individuals concerning professional careers and contracts.
