Casey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, as well as a Minor in Chinese, from Brigham Young University. Casey received his law degree at Seattle University School of Law with honors, where he was the Business Editor of the Environmental Law Journal.
Casey is an FAA Certified Flight Instructor with over 1000 hours of flight time in aircraft of all sizes. Casey is a senior member of the Civil Air Patrol which conducts search and rescue operations around the United States.
Casey is a member of the King County Bar Association’s Aviation Section and the ABA Air and Space Law Forum. He regularly gives presentations on aviation law to pilots, flight instructors, attorneys, insurance professionals, and the general public. He is admitted to practice law in federal and state courts in Washington.
