Brendan Little is a partner at Oslund Udo Little—formerly known as Bergman Oslund Udo Little, where he fights for victims of mesothelioma and other asbestos injuries. He understands the toll a difficult medical diagnosis can take on a family and helps guide his clients through the legal process with patience and compassion.
Brendan has spent his entire career representing plaintiffs harmed by corporate wrongdoing. This work includes representing whistleblowers, who are essential to helping the government combat fraud and uncover corporate misconduct. Prior to joining OUL, Brendan worked at a prominent New York City plaintiffs’ firm representing individuals who had been exposed to asbestos in talcum powder products and children harmed by lead in paint and contaminated water systems. Following law school, Brendan completed a two-year clerkship with U.S. District Judge Carol E. Jackson in the Eastern District of Missouri.
Brendan grew up on the Kitsap Peninsula in Washington. He has lived in St. Louis and New York City before returning to the Pacific Northwest with his family in 2019.
