Kimberly M Dean

I joined O’Loane Nunn Law Group in August 2008.  I focus my practice on family law, estate planning, and domestic partnerships.  I have lived in Washington my entire life, having graduated from the University of Washington and Seattle University School of Law.  I bring broad experience to my practice having worked in the King County Prosecutors Office, a large complex litigation firm in Seattle, and a small family law firm where I gained extensive experience in the intricacies of this fast-paced and ever-changing area of law. My experience brings the maturity and sophistication necessary to litigate complex family law issues.  Family law is particularly rewarding  because I enjoy working closely with each individual client to provide personal attention to help them reach long-term solutions that align with their needs and values.  I  believe that a successful outcome in a family law matter is one that maintains relationships and brings an end to turmoil so that parties can move on with their lives. I also believe that achieving favorable long-term solutions in family law issues can often be accomplished through alternative dispute resolution processes outside the courtroom.  I am currently working on bringing collaborative law to my family law practice.
