Biography
My practice is focused on assisting public owners with alternative delivery procurement. I am heavily involved with the Design Build Institute of America. I served on the DBIA National Board from 2010 to 2016 and am the current Chair of the National Education Committee. I was appointed by Governor Jay Inslee to serve on the Washington State Capital Projects Advisory Review Board in 2019, and I was the Vice Chair of the CPARB Statute Reauthorization Committee. Representative clients include the State of Washington, WSDOT, Sound Transit, the cities of Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, and Portland, Western Washington University, the University of California San Diego, the University of California San Francisco, CalTech, and Bonneville Power Administration.
