Michael J. Allen

I am a strategic and results‐driven business attorney with experience in U.S. immigration law, personnel relocation strategies, I‐9 compliance, corporate governance, M&A and commercial transactions. I bring to my clients broad corporate and business immigration law experience – from large national law firms, the legal department of a multinational high-technology corporation, and boutique immigration practices in both the United States and Middle East. 

I especially enjoy collaborating with international professionals, investors, experts, and families as they pursue their dreams in America. I also understand the immigrant experience on a personal level. My spouse is a naturalized U.S. citizen, and I previously lived abroad for eight years, while studying, working and starting a family. I know what it means to build a life in another country and the hard work and determination it takes to succeed along that path.
