Little over 2 years ago I went to the lawfirm to find out if I had a leg to stand on to get custody of my kids. Erika took on my case and had my back tell the end. She fought tooth and nail and I am very very happy with the out come. If there ever comes a time I need an attorney again it will definit...ely be Erika. She is absolutely awesome. Erika often appeared distracted in the work she did in my divorce/custody case. She gave me wrong advice about my travel when I specifically asked if it would affect the outcome and proffered to communicate via email rather than have conversations regarding the case. She failed to include an interpre...ter request to my witness in the case which was subsequently not allowed to testify. Additionally, she did not complete documentation necessary to include financial declarations in my trial. Payed in excess of 16k for poor representation that provided me with little to no child visitation. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE, she doesn't know what she is doing.
