Attorney Brett Kobes is a driven advocate whose purpose is to secure justice for clients facing difficult challenges. After graduating West Point and serving as an Airborne-qualified Army officer, he earned a joint JD/MBA from Seattle University and Albers, completing the program in three years. Brett passed the Washington bar in 2019, was sworn in by Judge Peter Nault, and is admitted to practice in Washington state, the Snoqualmie and Puyallup Tribal Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit; he is also a registered notary. Certified in ISO 27001 (Foundations and Lead Implementer), Brett brings specialized experience in data privacy and information security to his practice. His combination of real-world experience, technical expertise, and relentless advocacy drives him to achieve meaningful outcomes that protect clients’ rights and rebuild lives.
