I specialize in representing government (and private sector) employees, including police officers, fire fighters, in discrimination, disparate treatment, retaliation, internal investigations, Loudermills, grievances, arbitration, EEOC/EEO, etc. cases.

I was a former general counsel and president of an internet company, and founded a manufacturing company overseas. I understand a wide ranging spectrum of company and business issues, including entity formation, private equity placement, operational issues, corporate governance, risk management, contracts, employer/employee issues, technology, and compliance.

I have experience in trial and appellate practice in employment/labor and commercial cases. I do not advocate litigation in all cases due to the length of time and costliness for such actions, but I do recognize in some situations, litigation will be the last but best resort to resolving a dispute.
