Our office primarly specializes in personal injury. We have years of experience in the field representing primarily Plaintiffs but also Defendants. This knowledge of both sides of the practice allows us to provide the best service possible for our clients. We handle a very large number of collection accounts for both individuals and small and large businesses. Our office also handles collections for other attorneys. We offer both hourly rates and contingency fees on collection matters and will provide a better rate and recovery from what you would receive from a collection agency. We are very good at what we do and have a high rate of return on the accounts or judgments that we are hired to collect.

Our office does a large amount of work with businesses and individuals who have issues with a contract or agreement. Most situations center around breach of contract issues and can often times be related to collection of accounts receivable.

Our office handles the preparation and execution of estate planning documents such as Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, etc. We also handle probate for estates.
