Zixiang Cai

Hi, I’m Zixiang "Jayden" Cai, an attorney at Gillin Law Group. I help individuals, families, and business owners plan for the future—whether that means protecting family assets, starting or growing a business, or navigating cross-border legal issues between the U.S. and China.

I’m licensed in Washington, New York, and China, which allows me to serve clients with needs that span multiple jurisdictions. My practice includes estate planning (wills, trusts, and probate), as well as business law and succession planning. Many of my clients are entrepreneurs and investors from China who are building their presence in the U.S., and I guide them through every step of the process with clear, practical advice.

Before joining Gillin Law Group, I practiced at Wenstone Law PLLC in Seattle and worked with international law firms in Shanghai and Hong Kong, including Clifford Chance LLP, Jincheng Tongda & Neal LLP, Fangda Partners, and Allen & Overy LLP. I also had the privilege of serving as a Judicial Fellow at the New York State Supreme Court, assisting with complex commercial litigation.

I earned my LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law, along with law degrees from Shanghai International Studies University and Southwest University of Political Science and Law, where I graduated with highest distinction.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, I take pride in bridging cultures and legal systems to help clients make confident, well-informed decisions for their families and businesses.

我拥有美国华盛顿州、纽约州以及中国的律师执照，能够为在不同法域之间有需求的客户提供全面的法律支持。我的业务范围包括遗产规划（遗嘱、信托、遗产继承）以及公司法律事务与传承规划。许多客户是希望在美国投资或发展的中国企业家与投资人，我协助他们在跨境法律环境中稳健前行，提供清晰且务实的建议。

在加入 Gillin Law Group 之前，我曾在西雅图的 Wenstone Law PLLC 执业，并在上海和香港的多家国际律所工作，包括英国高伟绅律师事务所（Clifford Chance LLP），金诚同达律师事务所，方达律师事务所和英国安理律师事务所（Allen & Overy LLP）。此外，我还曾在纽约州最高法院担任司法研究员（Judicial Fellow），协助处理复杂的商事诉讼案件。

我拥有纽约大学法学院公司法硕士（LL.M.）学位，并先后获得西南政法大学法学学士学位与上海外国语大学法律硕士，均以优异成绩毕业。
