Very supportive, knowledgeable and flexible
Tom helped us in three situations (will and disputes with contractors) and it was great working with him. He is very accessible and flexible, works with you in the way it makes more sense, and understands what the issues are. He also have a no-nonsense, realistic approach that I found useful.
