OUTCOME: Case Dismissed

Client was charged with a bull**** assault charge. The alleged victim had a lengthy criminal history. The victim's story was weak and didn't make sense. And my client was a good guy. After reviewing ... the case I let the prosecutors know what a weak case they had, filed the motions I needed to file, and, right before we were set to argue the motions, the case was dismissed.

My client was pulled over on I-405 for minor lane incursions. When the car was stopped, alcohol and drugs were found in the vehicle. I was able to negotiate the case down to negligent driving first ... degree. Any charges related to the alcohol and drugs were released with the conclusion of the case.
