Biography
Throughout her career, Betsy has represented a wide array of clients in construction and land development matters. This has included developers, general contractors, subcontractors, product manufacturers in construction disputes, as well as businesses and individual clients in real estate, land use and related transactions. She is well known for her ability to work effectively with clients, claims professionals, and expert witnesses to obtain the best possible results for our clients.
Admitted to practice in Washington and Oregon State and Federal Courts, as well as in Texas and Arkansas, Betsy is a frequent speaker at seminars as well as to trade groups, insurance companies, and professional associations. Her presentations address general issues in construction law, contracting issues for small businesses, and distinctions between Washington and Oregon law relating to construction defect claims.
