Roger Edward Rahlfs

Contacted Roger on behalf of a case where someone with a similar name as me had a lien on them and it was showing under my name, on my accounts. I simply wanted some information pertaining to the case in order to get it cleaned up from my own credit, and he was the lawyer who represented the client w...ho was attempting to collect a debt from this person. At first he was slightly helpful, but once he felt that he had answered all my questions, (even though I had more), he became rude, sarcastic, and talked to me in a very demeaning tone. He was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. It's actually kind of sad, because you can tell that he has been working on debt collection so long that he is now a bitter man who assumes only the worst in people and doesn't care about acting like a 40+ year professional within the industry. I do not suggest hiring this man, nor contacting him unless absolutely necessary. Even then, prepare yourself for his condescending comments once he feels the conversation is over.
