I am a Freelance Attorney and work exclusively for other attorneys and legal organizations on a project basis and do not directly take on cases or represent individual clients.

I began practicing law in 2001 have a broad range of experience in civil and commercial litigation matters. My practice specialized in personal injury defense, product liability, including pharmaceutical, medical device, toxic tort, mass tort and multi-district litigation, complex litigation management, employment, health care and medical negligence. I am admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

As a Freelance Attorney, I serve attorneys, law firms and legal organizations looking to outsource legal work on a project basis, either short-term or long-term. The breadth of my experience makes me an excellent candidate for small or large projects, including legal research, legal memoranda and brief writing, pre-trial preparation, editing, document review, court appearances, taking or defending depositions, preparing witnesses for deposition or trial, internal investigations, employee, witness and client interviews, complex litigation and mass tort litigation management and assistance at trial.
